We’ll confirm the timings, vehicles and complete price in writing before you book.
When do the time and mileage allowances begin?
Your three-hour hire period and 30 passenger-route miles begin when the vehicle arrives at the first agreed collection address. An early arrival before the agreed time will not shorten your booking. Ceremony waiting, photographs and the journeys in between count within the three hours. Any evening return or extra mileage is quoted separately.
How do we reserve several cars?
Email your preferred date, venue, collection points and passenger numbers. We’ll check the exact vehicles and drivers together and provide one written quotation. The website does not currently take deposits or reserve dates online.
What happens if timings change?
Tell us as soon as possible so we can agree a revised itinerary. Additional time must be agreed in advance and remains subject to vehicle and driver availability. Any extra charge will be made clear before it is added. We do not charge for delays we cause.
What if we need to cancel or the car becomes unavailable?
Cancellation charges should reflect reasonable direct losses after costs saved and any replacement booking, with an explanation of the calculation. Deposits are part of the total price, not automatically forfeited. If we cannot supply the agreed service, we will discuss a suitable alternative or refund for the service not provided, preserving your statutory rights.
Can children or guests with mobility needs travel?
Our wheelchair-accessible vehicle can take up to two wheelchairs, subject to the individual chairs fitting the approved space, lift or ramp and restraints. We will confirm companion seating and allow boarding time. Please discuss children’s ages, child seats and other access needs before booking. Seating and belts are checked for each car; period styling does not establish a legal exemption.
Can we arrange ribbons, flowers or photographs?
Ivory ribbons and time for photographs within your booked hours are included with the Regent package. Tell us if you have a particular colour or idea in mind and we’ll confirm what is possible and any extra cost in writing. Publication of couple photographs always needs separate permission.
